Drawing on more than fifteen years of experience, including a decade at NYC’s acclaimed High Line, I work with women leading emerging nonprofits and mission-driven businesses to build strong, sustainable organizations.

I provide high-level strategic guidance to strengthen fundraising, diversify revenue, and develop clear, actionable plans—the building blocks for long-term sustainability. 

I partner with teams on both strategy and execution—supporting the transition of key functions in-house and ensuring leadership and staff are set up for success.
